I finally got around to revamping the website—and about time too. So what do you think? Personally, I think it looks great-clean, fresh and fabulous-thanks to the hugely talented Heather Reed from WeWriteRomance.com who did all the hard work you see here. Thanks Heather!
So, what's new? Well I took a year off from writing to recharge my creative batteries, during which time I revamped the lakeland cottage we live in and also managed to read right through by TBR pile. By the time I'd done that I was more than ready to sit down at my computer and write again.
Out of a year away came The Markonos Bride, a story about two young people deeply in love, split apart by tragedy. The book opens five years later when Louisa and Andreas meet again, and the youthful passions that brought them together once before instantly set to work on them. I loved writing this book, to me it hasall the elements to live up to the Presents promise for sizzling passion and tense conflicts wrapped inside rending heartache and an enduring love.
The Markonos Bride is published by Mills & Boon Modern and Harlequin Presents May 2008.
